Simply adjust the illuminated dial timer to your desired cooking preference and allow the unique vertical cooking method to drain away excess fat and grease for healthier cooking. Cool touch handles make it easy to open the doors and view the cooking process. The base of the unit has a slide-out drip tray to catch grease. When you have finished cooking, the non-stick cooking plate and insulated door liners can be removed for easy cleaning.
Please Note: Recommended for use with regular-cut and store-bought thick-cut bacon (some meat market or specialty-cut bacon may be too thick for this unit)
